There are hundreds of thousands of questions. Each question is placed in one or more categories - depending on the wording within the actual question.
There are a few websites that list the entire list of Crossfade songs. One such website is the site Who's Dated Who which has all 77 of their songs listed.

Not all questions are answered on the site, however for help on how to answer a question, see the related link below. All the time questions and answers come through on the site, and it would be impossible to get all the questions answered at any one time.
At the Jeopardy Archive you can see the final question for any date, but it is not a list of questions. It is a record of the shows questions and answers for a number of seasons. see related link
Not really much as you can see the long list of unanswered questions. It could take maybe a week or two, depending on how common or strange your question is.
Everyone receives the questions on WikiAnswers. When you put your question on the site, anyone who visits the site can see it. A wiki is a user editable site, so most who see your question can answer it. Those who are blocked from answering questions cannot do so, of course.
