No. It depends on the dentist. If the dentist feels it may get knocked in any way by a tool he/she is using to pull out your wisdom tooth then you may have to take it out. Discuss this ahead of time with your dentist. It will not interfere with the surgical procedure, but tongue piercing is not recommended at all by any dentist.
yes you have to take your tongue ring out when you go through surgery. i had one and left it in through it and they didn't know until after. you could also hide it from them while you go through surgery by unscrewing the top ball of your tongue ring. that's what i did to hide it.
No you do not have to take out your tongue ring, I just went in for some x-rays and the only time she said anything about taking out my ring was when she was going to do the x-rays for my wisdom teeth, I told her I didnt prefer it and she said ok. So again no you do not have to take your tongue ring out
It can move your permanat teeth out of place and they can cause a lot of pain
Jana and Jill had their wisdom teeth removed.
For me, they put my braces on, not putting brackets on the ones being pulled, they few months later they pulled out the 4 wisdom teeth.
yes
If they were lower teeth towards the back of your mouth, it is possible that the nerve that brings sensation from the tongue may have been bumped or bruised during the procedure. This damage is temporary, but sometimes it can take up to a year for the sensation to return to the tongue.
you probly can but for me personally i wouldnt could there could be a inncedient
u got your wisdom teeth pulled out dummy
I find the fastest way is just to sleep it off.
Yes
they are slimy because you are a complete idiot
I don't know if it's OK. I have braces myself and my wisdom teeth are coming in right now. Unfortunatly, I have to get them pulled, if anything that's what would happen. You should wait until the wisdom teeth come in, and then get them pulled, because the metal bands may not fit around the wisdom teeth, and most people have more comfort when their wisdom teeth are pulled. I have braces and my wisdom teeth came through and my otho hasn't done anything to them.
Sometimes when lower wisdom teeth are removed, the nerve that is used by the tongue is bumped or bruised. It is most often temporary, but it sometimes can take several months to heal. Let the dentist who removed the teeth know about this complication.
