In North Carolina, the support obligation ends when the child reaches 18 years of age. If the child is already otherwise emancipated, payments will stop at the time of emancipation. If the child is still in primary or secondary school when he or she reaches the age of 18, support payments will continue until that child graduates or otherwise ceases to attend classes on a regular basis. If the child fails to make satisfactory academic progress towards graduation or reaches the age of 20 - whichever of these comes first, support may also be ordered discontinued. Based on its discretion, the court may order payments to cease at age 18, regardless of graduation date or any other factors.
It would certainly depend on the stipulations of your support arrangements as well as where you are located, your local laws. It is best to consult your lawyer.
If they are over 18, no, not unless you voluntarily agreed to pay child support during college and that is stated in the court order. If so, then the court will enforce that.

Child support usually ends when the child reaches 18 AND graduates high school, OR the age of 20 if the child has not graduated high school. Child Support works until "Said sum shall continue until the "child(ren) shall have married, died, become self-supporting, or reach the age of eighteen." This is taken stright from the MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT from a standard North Carolina Divorce Packet from the Circuit Clerk's Office.
