No one removes their cabinets to lay new tile. If your stove isn't built-in it can be moved and tile laid under it. If it is built-in you would buy a new stove the same size as the old one. Most stoves & dishwashers only come in a few standard sizes so it wouldn't be a problem to find one that fiits.
