If you are Irish, you can get clearance at Dublin or Shannon Airport, so you don't need one. You now have to go through an online procedure first. If you are not Irish, you may need some other documentation.
Yes you need an adaptor to change from a 2 pin input to a 3 pin input and transform from the standard 110v used in America to the 220v used in Ireland. These arent too expensive and can be bought in many airports and supermarkets.
A lot of the most beautiful places in Ireland will require transport to take you there. However West Cork or Kerry is quite beautiful and you wouldn't need transport to see some of the beauty. Or Wicklow. you could take a day trip to Glendalough which is extremely beautiful but you will need transportation to take you there. Or maybe why not go on a weekend to Delphi or Killary for an adventure weekend. They are the most beautiful places in the world in my opinion. WELL WHERE-EVER YOU GO IN IRELAND YOU WILL BE GUARANTEED BEAUTY!
That depends on what you are sending. You would need to go to your local post office and ask there.
No. The voltage is different. Even with something like a phone you will need a special plug to use.
You need special legal papers.
