Yes, it is. My teacher's wife is a dentist and she said gargling H2O2 kills the bacteria. Gargle twice or three times a day for two weeks and see the results. If it is improving, keep using it. I'm doing it right now. Good luck!

Peroxide is not safe for use on skin unless incredibly diluted. It is certainly not safe for use on gums.
