There is no adjustment. If you have the type of rocker arms with lock nuts, the best way is while engine is running tighten to 0 lash (rocker is no longer making a tapping noise) than go an additional 1/2 turn. If you have regular nuts there is no adj. torque nuts to 25 ft. lbs

Why do my 1995 Chevy blazer rocker arm nuts keep backing off?

I'm not sure which engine you have in your blazer. Some of the later engines do not use adjustable rocker arms. You torque them down to 20 foot pounds. Check to make sure your engine isn't one of these. You may also try installing new nuts. For a higher dollar fix, you can also go to a rocker nut known as a poly lock.
