Yes. Especially in lighter pigmented eyes. This is referred to as "your eyes are cashed out" or "whoa, bro, you look totally Chinese!" Only if you eat a lot. When it's eaten, other parts of the body and brain absorb it faster than the eyes, so there's less redness-per-THC. Your eyes will still look drowsy, and behavior changes will make up for any lack of red eyes.

I'm not sure what you mean by that question? Perhaps you mean; why don't MY eyes get red when i smoke weed? or Why do your eyes get red?

But some people tend to get pink eyes and look really stoned where as some people look almost the same even when they are stoned as hell. so it's different for everyone but most people get red eyes.

No they do not turn red. From many experiences trust me i would know. Those that smoke weed will have red, glossy eyes. You have nothing to worry about. =]
