I heard the story that when there is a fire on the serengetti plains, most of the animals will run away from the flames until they are exhausted and will be overcome by the flames and smoke. The zebras - at some point their instinccts kick in and the herd will stop running, turn and watch the flames coming closer - then they will bolt forward and run back through the flames. They will get singed, but will be otherwise unharmed. Whether this is fact or fiction - it makes a wonderful story. I have shared the story with others when life seems to be overwhelming for them....then we have a common language and they remind themselves to "run back through the fire!"
Some zebras may be killed in wild fires, but they are capable of evading one given enough warning.
The stripes on a zebra's body mostly run vertically.
a zebra can run up to an average of 40 mph
zebra's!
Get out and run
Because the wind you brought through the running will make the fire speading.
They will run and kick.
no
A zebra could run. They could only eat grass and plants. They are also herbivores
no a horse i tranned to race fast yes.(:
When a lion comes to attack a group of Zebra all the have to do is run in a circle the lion gets dizzy because all he can see is zebra stripes
Isolated from its context, an image of a zebra has no specific symbolism. Dreaming of a zebra in a circus or in the zoo would be very different from a dream of a zebra in the African wilderness or a zebra wandering through a mall.
