Answer
Yes Dropbox support most of all kind of video formats in video syncronization.
You can use Dropbox, Dropbox is able to open some formats of video or audio files on your iphone. However, you cannot save these files to your iphone Music or Video without using iTunes.
The movies you shoot with the camera or import from a digital camera are in the Photos app. The movies you download from the iTunes store are in the Movies app. But if you want to get movies off example YouTube, do this. (and if you have a Dropbox account, then skip steps 2 & 3) 1. Download the video and convert it into an MP4 (I use the Prism file converter from NCH) 2. Make a Dropbox account (see related link) and download their program 3. Copy the video into the Dropbox folder (once you've downloaded this you'll know) 4. Get the Dropbox app from the AppStore 5. Favourite the video 6. Tap the picture of an arrow coming out of a box 7. Tap save video
Dropbox is not illegal in Germany.
Dropbox does Push Videos, but only in the Main Dropbox Folder. Any Folder in the Dropbox Folder beyond the Main Folder will not Push Videos.
One way is to use DropBox , install it on your computer and on your iPad. Upload your footage to your computer and put the files in the Dropbox folder. This way your files, pictures and video are available to you on any platform.
You can use Dropbox Portable
