Every state in the union will extradite to another state depending on the severity of the crime committed. It only matters if the other state that wants you is actually willing to make the effort to extradite you and come pick you up.

Will Arkansas extradite on a felony fugitive from Reno also can they raise the fine from 2500 to 75000 in order to extradite?

It is quite likely that AR will extradite a felony fugitive from AZ. There is no "fine" involved but they could raise your bail by that amount, because you have now proven yourself to be a "flight risk."

Does Arkansas usually extradite on a probation violation from California?

All US states and possessions honor each other's requests for extradition. If AR thought your crime was serious enough to put out a nationwide warrant for you, then they will probably extradite you.

Will Arkansas extradite for felony probation violation?

Short answer: Yes. Will the State wish to spend the money required to get you from Washington back to Arkansas, that would depend on what you are on probation for? If you are on parole for a violent crime they will come get you. If you are on parole for a minor drug charge they probably would not come get you.

Does California extradite to Arkansas?

All US states and territories honor each other's requests for extradition - there are no 'safe-haven' states - it is impossible to say whether a particular state will choose to extradite you or not, there are simply too many variables. It may depend on the offense and the seriousness of it and/or how badly they want you returned - most states WILL extradite for felony offenses.

What if a lady in Arkansas has guardianship of you You will turn 17 soon Can she send the law to pick you up and take you back to Arkansas?

Actually, this is a gray area of the law. Unless you have been rules mentally incompetent, it is unlikely that law enforcement would get involved in a runaway situation with a 17 year old. Provided you have not violated any laws, law enforcement is not likely to extradite you (return you to Arkansas).

Yes, however, it is unlikely unless the charge is a felony. For example, Nebraska most likely will not extradite someone who is wanted for skipping court on a misdemeanor.
