Does America hate England

The world hates America in the same way a lot of women hate Paris Hilton. She's richer than you are, more successful, prettier and act like she is shallow but is in fact devious, cunning and a little bit sadistic, whilst still championing "good causes". Of course not all girls hate Paris, and not everyone hates America.

Well... Kind of! Because they are jealous of England and they just really want to start a war with us but they know that if they did, they would get there asses kicked!!

The question fails to note the differences between American policy and the American people. As American Policy is concerned, the United Kingdom is one of the closest if not the closest ally of the United States. There are free-trade agreements, military alliances, political treaties, and other indicators of a very favorable relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom. So, from a US Foreign Policy Perspective, hatred is the furthest thing from the reality.

On a more individual note, most Americans are woefully unaware of the existence of foreign countries and as a result are apathetic towards the United Kingdom. Those who, have on occasion, looked on a map and have a rudimentary knowledge of history have high views of the United Kingdom. They are certainly patriotic to the United States and hold the US in higher regard (as is natural), but see the UK as a "good country". Those Americans who actually know about history and foreign relations have an almost unanimous appreciation of the United Kingdom and perhaps a few criticisms about British Historical Decisions, but these are minimal. In a word, No.
