If you mean the Parthenon in Athens, the most famous of temples to Aphrodite, it was completed in 432 BC. THere were other Aphrodite temples, though.

Aphrodite birth-places were said to have been in Cyprus and Cythera and both centres of her cult. The main centres of her festival (the Aphrodisia) were Athens and Corinth. At the temple of the Acrocorinth, the acropolis of Corinth, intercourse with her priestesses was a method of worshiping Aphrodite.
Corinth
It was built there and was not moved until Corinth was destroyed. Corinth has been rebuilt as "Nea" or "New Corinth" but the Temple of Apollo in that location remains in ruins.

The Temple of Aphrodite was built in the first century B.C. for Aphrodite. The Temple of Aphrodite is still partially standing today and many people visit it each year.
