Does M. Shadows from Avenged Sevenfold do drugs?

Avenged Sevenfold has not revealed whether or not they have done or do drugs.

However, Synyster Gates did mention: "I've dropped acid too many times with Jimmy and gone to Disney Land..." Most fans believe that he was speaking of their teen years in that statement.

The Rev's death was partly caused by drugs, making it more likely that he did drugs in his lifetime.

There is no way that any of us can know for a fact if any of them do drugs or not. Unless you are them, keep your mouth shut. All we know is what we hear and unfortunately, a lot of what is heard is a bunch lies. Actually they have repeatedly said that they do drugs or used to. and a lot of them

Only him and those close to him can know for sure, but it has been mentioned that he's done many drugs, with the exception of heroin because the band fears that "he would overdose." None of this has been confirmed, however.

However, he has admitted that since the Rev's death, the band only smokes weed and does cocaine once in a long while.
