Of course Edward Loves Bella, he loves her more than his own life! With no Bella, he would have no reason to live, and therefore he would be a lonesome vampire forever. If you really read the twilight series saga, I mean you really have to read don't just look at the words, you have to read between the lines, you will understand how much Edward feels for Bella and how she feels for him. It doesn't matter what Jacob feels it matters what Bella feels for whom. And she chooses Edward as Edward chooses Bella. If he didn't love Bella wouldn't he be with any other human or vampire by now?

kk look Bella never chooses between edward and Jacob shes with the person she loves which is edward in eclipse at the last part of the movie she says it wasnt a choice between u and Jacob and edward wouldn't have been with a human or vampire by now still because in twilight jessica says no one is good for him so yeah he wouldn't have been dating with another vampire or human
