Bulma has known Goku since he was a small child. She watched him grow up, and was the closest thing to a sister that he had. I would say Bulma loves Goku very much in a purely family sense.
In a romantic way though, no. The family type ties are too strong, and she went on later to marry Vegeta. Goku eventually married ChiChi.

∙ 14y agoNah. It was easy to think they were gonna be in 'Dragonball', but by 'Dragonball Z', the possibility was pretty much gone. They always stayed very close, though; Bulma always thought a lot of Goku, and he was always happy to see her again. They have a strong bond, all right...it just isn't romantic, is all.
