Cato has definitely formed a relationship with Clove, his district partner, especially when he found out that two tributes from the same district can survive - you can tell how anguished he was when Thresh killed her. As a fellow career, Glimmer was definitely not on Cato's bad side, but probably wasn't as close to her as he was to Clove.

∙ 11y agoI'm pretty sure they do. But Cato and Glimmer also act like they like eachother. So I guess it kind of like a 3-way because Clove and Glimmer don't act like they hate eachother.

∙ 11y agoIn the books, it was never said that Cato had any affections for Glimmer. In the movie, Cato and Glimmer were portrayed to have affections for each other.
