No that's is totally wrong. Jayfeather has a dream in Sunrise, when Yellowfang comes and drops a crow's feather into his nest. Then they go and tell Crowfeather, and he denies it. But still the fact remains.

Yes, Crowfeather knows he fathered kits with Leafpool. He was aware of their existence and shared a complicated relationship with them due to the circumstances surrounding their birth.
