well actually the person's answer above me is half right, they do have a like ruler type but it's not a president and it's not a goverbor general It's called a dictator like cuba for example, castro was a dictator, they only have dictators in a dictatorship. Unlike america, in a dictatorship if they talk about the dictator badley they get killed. And in england they do not have an election like in a dictatorship or a presidential goverment.
