Fred Meyer People are fraud. They will not let you to delete your Fred Meyer account for "marketing purposes". In other words, even if you throw away your card, they will count you in as a member and proudly show in the market that they have "millions of customers". They are doing this type of fraud because so that more customers and more business come to them. They are acting just like Skype - which is a calling service. Skype proudly telling the public that they have Half a billion (500 million) customers. In reality, only 50 million people use it. This can be dangerous to the market as well as to the customers whose information might be given to other people for Identity theft.
