Yes, God knows when you die. He knows everything about you.....Whether you want him to or not. God knew you, and everything about you before he even created the world.And, it says in The Bible that God has great plans for those who love him, and he has known those plans forever!
Most certainly. For Christians, there is a recognition of death being the soul moving from the body which has ceased to function to the unseen realm of the life beyond death, whether the deceased person is Christian or not.
God is the author of life, and allows or disallows it's end whether or not the causative action was a decision of a sinful person. Therefore, He sees when all creatures die, and we in turn are face to face with Him for the first time.
