I don't think so, but it's hard to tell. I think she respected him a lot, but I don't think she loved him. Ivypool really seemed to look up to him, but love? No. Especially *SPOILERS* in the Last Hope she fights him after Hollyleaf dies, shouting at him he is a liar, betrayer, and various other insults. As for the opposite, did Hawkfrost love Ivypool? I think not. In my opinion, Hawkfrost was just using her and was a tad impressed at her skill. I hope that helped! :)
