The first written records of Semitic languages date from around 2500 BCE (in Eblaite and Akkadian, languages now extinct).

The first written records of Greek date from around 1400 BCE (although recent research has unearthed even earlier samples).

Yes it does. What we call "Ancient Greek" first emerged around the 9th Century BCE. Written Hebrew was at least a thousand years old by then, possibly older. Spoken Hebrew may date back to the 100th Century BCE (about 12,000 years ago).

Many people think Tamil or Sanskrit is the oldest continuously spoken language, but there is just no way to know. Both languages predate writing by thousands of years. But if you are talking about the writing system, Sanskrit has examples of written text that date back to the 2nd Century BCE. Hebrew writing examples are older; they date back to the 10th Century BCE.
