this is incorrect , he called her " Miss Beautiful because he didnt want to say what he really thought of her he remembered sakura being mad when he called her what he thought of her " ugly " so he didnt say " Miss Beautiful " meaning he finds her attractive he meant it along the lines of " i find you inattractive but i dont want you to get mad and punch me " type of way [ which sakura did ]
