You may be thinking of Jane Lockhart from Get Color. They do resemble each other but I don't think they're related.

No!!! The house of Plantaganet was English, Joan fought for the French. Also, a junior branch of the Plantaganets were on the throne when Joan was born; the Lancesters.
I saw her on a new show on HGTV last week! She had dark hair and there were a few close ups and they referred to her by name. I looked it up and it also shows her on the HGTV website for the show called Decked Out. (she's a blonde in the pic) Good to see she's still in construction and still on TV!
Arguably Indira Gandhi. By the way her body was cremated, also.
John Cusack and Joan Cusack are brother and sister. He also has three other siblings, Ann Cusack, Bill Cusack and Susie Cusack, who are also in show business. Joan is older than John by about 3 years.
Joan had three brothers and one sister named Catherine. Joan was the middle child. Joan's three older brothers and their years of birth were Jacquemin (1402), Pierre (1408), and Jean (1409), and also a younger sister, Catherine (1413), who married and died in childbirth in late 1429.
He had four sisters, but they had only three names among them. Why? Because his eldest sister Joan died when she was a baby. After his sister Margaret, he had another sister and they called her Joan too. Margaret and Anne died before the age of 10; only the second Joan lived to be an adult.
William Shakespeare had 3 brothers and 4 sisters. One, Joan, was named for an earlier sister who died as an infant. Another sister, Margaret, also died before he was born. His sisters were Joan (I), Margaret, Joan (II) and Anne. Only the second Joan lived to adulthood. His brothers, all younger, were Gilbert, Richard, and Edmund.

There are two ways you can have a sister-in-law. In one case, her sister is also your sister-in-law and in the other she is not. Your sister-in-law can be the sister of your spouse. Then your sister-in-law's sister is either your wife or is also your sister-in-law. Your sister-in-law can also be the wife of your brother. In that case, your sister-in-law's sister is not related to you.
