**Actually in the September 13th, 2010 episode titled "A Rough Ride" Kate is seen in the background blowing smoke out of her mouth. It happens about 2 minutes and 30 seconds into the show.
*** This is incorrect as the 'smoke' is actually a ripple on the material behind her and the rippling can be seen before and after.
