There is no free oxygen in the atmosphere of Venus, but a vast amount exists bound as carbon dioxide in the dense atmosphere of the planet. There is likely substantial oxygen that exists as mineral oxides on and under the surface.

Venus has some ozone, as does Mars. Not enough to protect the planet's surface from UV-B, however. Venus is optically thick from "sulfuric acid", so not much UV-B will get through.

Any planet with some oxygen-containing gas in its atmosphere, has some ozone too. Venus and Mars both have some detectable ozone.

No, there is not enough oxygen in its atmosphere. Without one the radiation from the sun will reach the planet in a higher quantity than earth (which has an ozone layer.)
