*spoiler alert* But yeah they do in the book Angel.
In my opinion, she should've ended up with Fang. They were so perfect for each other! And when I read the parts about Dylan, I kinda wanted to tear the book in half....soo yeah. (sorry for the commentary)

In book 8 of the Maximum Ride series, Max ultimately chooses herself and her own future over either Fang or Dylan. She decides to focus on her own path and personal growth, rather than being tied to a specific romantic relationship.

∙ 10y agoIn Angel (the most recent maximum ride book ), after everything that happened fang and his little band gang end up leaving max again which really ticked me off..... As of rite now there is no way to no what will happen in the last book of the series but i kno i will b so so pissed if max and fang dont end up together. Screw Dylan! And screw Maya while you're at it!

∙ 12y agoThat's really a matter of opinion, and there's a ton of controversy about it.
My personal opinion is that Max should end up with Fang, but I could see both sides about it.
I think she should be with Dylan because she was with Fang for a long time, and Dylan just cruises in and expects her to love him.
But also, I can see the other view. Fang did decide to leave, so now Max is fair game...

they're so lovy dovey but in book 7, max is more with dylan than fang and fang is with maya (max clone) than max.

I think it will be about what happens to Angel because the book is called Angel. Well, Max and Dylan will still be in the book, so something happens to them. I am a Fang fan, so I really hope that Fang comes back, or that Dylan dies and Fang comes back. Since the book isn't out yet, I don't really know what happens. You can read the first 23 chapters on max-dan-wiz.com. It's really great! :)
What happens in the 6th book of Maximum Ride?
Angel tells Max that Fang will be the first to die. then this kid Dylan comes along and Dr.Something(I forget his name,but i know he's involved with Mr.Chu)tells Max and the flock that Dylan is supposed to,like,marry Max and Raise little baby Mutants and that Dylan is perfect for Max instead of Fang being perfect for Max. And then Dr.Something kills Fang and Max brings him back to life by injecting something into his heart. Then later Fang leaves and just leaves a note to Max. in the 7th book(Angel),Though,Max finds out where he is. ~Elise I luv to get u curious.

There are going to be 8 books but only 7 have come out. At the end of the 7th book, Fang leaves with his own flock, and Max has feelinvs for Dylan. No one knows what will happen in the 8th book though.

I just read this book and I think this is a dumb ending too! I have to say though, Fang leaves because he believes that he is putting Max endanger by being there. He also doesn't like the new kid, Dylan, very much either because Dylan is supposed to be Max's "Perfect other half" which Fang doesn't care for.
