∙ 9y agoNo it doesn't it is a "Myth" or "Urban Legend" spread to stop the production of Mountain Dew it is spread by "little" kids to others so they have the amusement of see other peoples faces.
It is hard to believe that people are still wondering about this. The fact that it is still going around is completely absurd.
