Afraid is not a good word.
Muslims are not supposed to eat pigs, or anything coming from pigs. But there's nothing special about pig blood as such. It's like any other liquid you wouldn't want on you.

∙ 13y agoMuslims do not drink blood. It is recommended that the chicken to be eaten is thoroughly washed before being cooked. Of course, if the chicken still has blood on it, it is merely the fault of the one who cleaned the chicken. Nothing forbidden about accidentally ingesting the blood.
