Yes, and no. It's not going to remove it from the body overnight like a magic cure, I use it to help pass drug tests. It helps your circulatory system get rid of toxins, so you have to drink alot of water and take a couple with breakfast and dinner, try to start this at least 3 days before your drug test. the earlier the better.
