The only times that Percy and Annabeth kiss in the 5th book is in the last chapter "I am Dumped"(it's not what you think) where they kiss at the dining pavilloin. Then they get taken to the dock where they are "dumped" into the lake. Then they have as Percy calls it "The best underwater kiss ever."

No, Percy doesn't encounter Annabeth directly in The Son of Neptune although he does encounter her in a dream via the empathy link established by Grover the Satyr.
