You should really take the dog to the vet's, MY dog got a bladder Infection and then got sceptic and got DIC which made her bleed out and she had to have a blood transfusion and all kinds of expensive medical treatment's almost died in fact the vet said she would not make it . But after months of prednisone and other medications to lower some kind of acetic in her urine she made a full recovery.

As with all steroid type drugs, there is an increase in thirst and therefore an increase in the need to urinate. It is possible that this is what is causing it so I would recommend being more alert to when your dog needs to go outside to urinate. If that does not help at all, you may want to bring your dog to the veterinarian to rule out that it is something else.

Prednisone is a steriod and it increases the dogs thirst. You will notice that the dog is urinating more because of the excess water that he is drinking.

It also causes their appetites to increase. Excess water drinking, eating and urinating are all side effects of Prednisone.
