As a friend it becomes obvious during the Shippuden series. Romantically however, she might. For everything that Sakura has done to Naruto, she doesn't deserve a chance to be with him. By no means do I dislike Sakura, but she never helped, never acted like she cared, and walked all over him.

∙ 12y agoIt is very unlikely because in the manga, when she confessed to Naruto she was lying so Naruto didn't want to keep his promise to Sakura that he would bring Sasuke back.
There really is no answer to this yet. Whether Sakura loves him or not is just assumptions and speculations. But I think she does. Sakura is most likely torn between her love for Naruto and her love for Sasuke.

∙ 14y agoSakura confesses her love for Naruto and claims she's over Sasuke, but Naruto remarks that he hates people who lie to themselves. It turns out Sakura does still care for Sasuke, but is now going to kill him since he became an international criminal. If she really meant what she said to Naruto or not we won't know until later, but I'll assume she's started to notice Naruto.. and maybe developed feelings for him. But what I'm positive on is that she hasn't lost her feelings for Sasuke either.
