Cosmo appeared as a hologram after she sacrificed herself for the universe, and came and "kissed" Tails as she disappeared. She appeared possibly by telepathy.
Cosmo and Tails were an official couple, too.

yeah matter fact their are 3 coming out sonic Chronicles the dark brother hood, sonic and the black knight and sonic unleashed. Also, there is sonic the hedgehog 4 coming out for wiiware. The latest sonic game as of the fifth of March, 2010, that is scheduled for release is called Sega All-Stars racing. It's not technically a Sonic game, even though most of the emphasis will be on him and other Sonic characters.

No, he doesn't even notice her. He seems to like Rouge and Rouge seems to like him back, but it's hard to tell because they argue often. Plus, Rouge flirts with a lot of characters, so we can never be sure if she wants to get into a serious relationship with anyone. Knuckles saves Rouge from falling into a lava pit in Meteor Herd (Sonic Adventure 2 Battle) and she selflessly gives him back the master emerald. She never directly says that she loves him, and neither does he. Cosmo likes Tails, and Tails likes her back. Tails has accidentally stated that Cosmo is beautiful and he blushes a lot when he's around her. During the last couple of episodes of Sonic X, Tails is forced to shoot Cosmo, but is unable to do so at first because he knows she will die and he cares deeply for her. He goes through a huge, emotional speech about how he wants her to stay with him back on his home planet, and how she's a truly great friend. He screams that he loves her. It's very sad. :( Sorry, I wrote a lot. Heehee!

according to the rumor of the curse, if you go into a dark room with a mirror and play can you feel the sunshine backwards the tails doll comes out of the mirror and murders you. This is an educated guess, but I think Tails Doll is scared of Sonic because if you hold up a sonic doll to tails doll then tails doll gets scared and leaves.
