Only if you didn't have a refund anticipation loan or had any fees deducted from your refund. If either was the case, you'd be getting a check instead.
I would have to say credit card payments would be the most popular option. Most people like to use their credit cards in case something goes wrong, the customer can usually get a refund.

Legally, that information is not available to you. You can contact the recovery unit that handles your case and they can tell you if there is a payment pending from a tax refund.
Hopefully you do not own them money. In that case, yes you can still get a refund.

I have used several of these companies and have had no problems. I would recommend you pick one that accepts PayPal. This gives you extra protection in case they get the order wrong or the flowers are not up to standard and they refuse a refund because then you can open up a strike and get a refund.
Refund or Title
Rapid refund and such are done by private companies and are fancy names for very expensive loans. If your paid on a 1099, you were required to make estimated tax payments through the year, and if you overpaid on those, and therefore have a refund coming, I suspect they would give you that loan. But if that's the case, as the last payment was due 12/15, you should have sent less...not sent a lot and then borrowed money at a huge charge waiting to file a return and get it back.
You need to contact the merchant and explain the situation, ask for a RMA (return material authorization) and get the product exchanged. They should be willing to do at least that. If you can prove that they sent the wrong item, then you have a case against them, but your proof must be solid. If they still refuse, you can take them to small claims court, and if you win, they have to pay. If you lose you will pay for all their court costs and attorney hourly rates.
when you buy patio furniture sometimes they sell the cushions separate from the furniture itself, in that case yes you should be able to get a refund but if they are bought all as one then I don't think you would be able to get a refund.
