the dryer may kill some but it is not reliable, and may only some stages of the flea life cycle. if you have a flea infestation problem then your best treatment would be to use frontline plus on your pets (all of them not just the one showing signs of fleas, ask your vet for further advice) and also treat the environment. this can be done with the use of a frontline spray specially formulated for this use, or you could use a flea bomb. contact your local vet for advice.
