Yes any clothing or bedding placed into a dryer that reaches a temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit for over 10 minutes will kill the bed bugs and their eggs.

Added:

Because a dryer does not reach it's maximum temperature for about ten minutes leave them in the dryer for thirty minutes. If the material is wet from washing, this time should begin after they're dry.

the dryer may kill some but it is not reliable, and may only some stages of the flea life cycle. if you have a flea infestation problem then your best treatment would be to use frontline plus on your pets (all of them not just the one showing signs of fleas, ask your vet for further advice) and also treat the environment. this can be done with the use of a frontline spray specially formulated for this use, or you could use a flea bomb. contact your local vet for advice.

It should but remember it's not just heat-it's duration as well. The longer you go the less heat is required.
