Depends on the kind of spide. .

I would kill the spider with spray or a shoe and stomp/smash the eggs if the spider is poisonous.

If it isn't poisonous, leave them alone if you don't mind them. If you don't want them, do the same thing as for poisonous Spiders.

Spiders leave an egg sack and it stays in the web until the eggs hatch. Other than that nothing much happens.
