Yes, foxes are known to eat all kinds of owls, mainly eggs, chicks, and smaller owls. Sometimes if a big owl is eating large prey on the ground, a fox will sneak up and snatch the bird as it's own prey. But big owls, such as the Great Horned Owl or Eagle Owl, have been known to kill and feast upon foxes. Barn Owls and other medium-sized species will only kill and eat the occasional fox kit if they are starving and have no other food.
