Worm grow their tails back and all other parts of their body. worms are designed to cut off blood flow to wounds so they don't lose all their blood. also they have multiple hearts getting rid of one will not kill it this is how they live to them losing any part of their body is like being sliced with a knife your cells duplicate creating a new barrier of skin
