A river does not turn over like a lake does. This is because water in a river is constantly moving, unlike water in a lake.

Not sure what you mean, but if by turnover you mean flow, both turn their water over. With very few exceptions (in deserts, and including the Dead Sea), the water flows into a lake and out of the downstream end. You don't notice it except at the inlet(s) or outlet river because the flow is spread so slowed down over a very wide area.
usually lake are formed by rivers are formed by meanders, twists and turns in a river, overlapping and not going over the turn, filling up into a lake or pond.
The Murray River empties into Lake Alexandrina which, in turn, flows out to the ocean. The mouth of the Murray is considered to be near Goolwa.
The Murray River empties into Lake Alexandrina which, in turn, empties into the Southern Ocean at the Coorong, near Encounter Bay, South Australia.
Of course it does! But not gas. Water vapor gas. The ocean river water or water lake does not turn into water vapor gas all the way. Think about the water cycle. Only a little water is heated by the sun, evaporated, turns into water vapor and is condensed and falls back as precipitation or water.
green as most lakes and rivers are fresh water, so neutral.
Rainy Lake is drained by Rainy River, which flows westward into Lake of the Woods. All three bodies of water are part of the border between Canada and the United States. Lake of the Woods is then drained by the Winnipeg River, which flows northwesterly through parts of the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Manitoba and empties into Lake Winnipeg. Lake Winnipeg is drained, in turn, by the Nelson River, which flows northeasterly into Hudson Bay. Rainy Lake to Lake Winnipeg formed part of the route traversed by Colonel Garnet Wolesley and his troops during the summer of 1870. They had been sent west by the Canadian government to quell the Red River Rebellion, which had been led by Louis Riel.
Originally it looked like a streem of water flowing past a mill where corn was ground into flour, but today hydro is usually a great dam across a river with a huge lake behind it. The water is used to turn turbines to generate electricity.
The duration of Turn the River is 1.53 hours.
