Depends on what type of look you're going for and the design of the dress. For example, the red lipstick won't go well with the dress if you're going for a formal look. In that case, a nude/peachy color would go well. If you're going for a fun, casual look, red lipstick would look nice with a turquoise and black dress.
You can either match or contrast. To match, try and find a lipstick of exactly the same colour. To contrast, look at your dress. Is it scarlet, or does it have tones of another colour? Is it slightly purple, or slightly brown? If it has plum tones, wear a plum lipstick. If it is slightly brown, wear a Matt brown lipstick. If you can't find another colour in it, wear a nude, Matt lipstick.
With a black and white tux, and a tie to match her corsage!
Complete the match with black and yellow dresses

You should wear panties that match your outfit on New Year's Eve. You can never go wrong with white panties.
Oh yes they match perfectly well once I wore a gold dress with a purple and black shoe
While turquoise matches teal, it is in the middle of blue and green.
While pearls never go out of style, there are so many other stylish ways to dress up that little black dress. Sterling silver lends a classic, elegant vibe to your outfit, while sparkling gold jewelry is always sophisticated. Forget the matching black purse and opt for a silver or gold clutch to match your jewels. Let your footwear finish off your ensemble to perfection. Instead of black shoes, look for metallics, or a bright turquoise or red to really add some punch to a simple dress.
=Gold, silver, turquoise, cream, black, tan shoes would all work with this choice of dress. As the dress is a vibrant colour the tone of the shoe you choose should match and and the shoes should be in a neutral which all of the above are except the turquoise.==-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------==to me it depends, is the dress just complete pink??==i have a dress that is pink, but it has little silver plates at the bottom,==Therefore, i don't want pink overruling the silver, i want the silver to be notices too, so i have silver shoes, and silver earrings and so forth....==(i even have a pink heart ring that has silver [fake] diamonds in the middle)=
no black...this is not halloween. Try a white color.
