Yes. I takes three days to clear opiates out of your body. Unless you have a prescription for it. For whatever reason hydrocodone doesn't show up on a DOT 5 panel. When you go for the test say nothing to the pee colector, its not their business. If you get called on it explain then.

∙ 15y agoI'm not sure I understand the question, but I'll try to answer it. Vicodin is a trade name for the combination drug hydrocodone/acetaminophen. Acetaminophen is simply Tylenol. Hydrocodone is the narcotic pain medicine. Hydrocodone can be tested for on a drug test, but it is not tested for on the 5-panel drug test commonly used for pre-employment drug screens. THC is one of the active ingredients in marijuana. It is tested for on all drug screens I know of. Being positive for THC does not mean you are either positive or negative for Vicodin, and vice-versa.
