As the number of turns in the coils of solenoid increases the current also increases because it is I' = nI, where I' is total current, n is the number of turns and I is the current in each turn. Hence the strength of the magnetic field also increases because it is directly proportional to the current in the coil.

No. That would mean that any wire laying around with a curl in it could be a

super electromagnet. To increase the strength of an electromagnet, you need

more turns.

Yes, provided the same current is maintained in the coil.

Winding more coils usually means using a longer piece of wire, which in turn

means increasing the resistance of the coil. That would decrease the current,

so some thought needs to be given to that aspect of the process as well.
