Yes, it is slightly soluble. However, your question is not specific enough. Amyl alcohol occurs as several isomers, i.e. same molecular weight (88.1) and formula (C5H12O) but different bond structure between the atoms. The solubility depends on which isomer you are refering to. e.g.

n-amyl alcohol (also called 1-pentanol) = 2.7 g per 100g water at 60 deg F

iso-amyl alcohol = 2g/100g

2-pentanol = 4 g/100g

3-pentanol = 5.5 g/100g
