it is not a proven fact that they sleep, but they have no eyelids so it's unlightly though we do know that they take turns to rest during day and night
Yes, ants do sleep. Just like humans, ants need the energy sleep provides.
As formigas não dormem
Ants actually never sleep. They work all the time when they are in the wild. If they are in an Ant Farm then sometimes they may rest a little bit.
At least one species of ant sleeps. In the July 2009 edition of the Journal of Insect Behaviour, Deby L. Cassill, Skye Brown, Devon Swick and George Yanev published an article entitled 'Polyphasic Wake/Sleep Episodes in the Fire Ant, Solenopsis Invicta'.In that article, Cassill et al. found that fire ants do sleep, although the amount of sleep an individual ant had varied by caste. Workers had an average of 253 'sleep episodes' a day, but each lasted an average of only 1.1 minutes, for a total of approximately 4.8 hours of sleep overall. By contrast, queens only experienced 92 sleep episodes, but each lasted an average of 6 minutes, for a total of 9.4 hours of sleep overall. In addition, the study found that fire ant sleep was unaffected by light or darkness, and that queens experienced periods of 'rapid antenna movement' sleep. The authors suggested this 'RAM' sleep might be equivalent to vertebrate REM (rapid eye movement) sleep.

ants do not sleep as they spend their time looking for food as they have the second smallest brain in the world
They don't technically "sleep" in the way that we do, you know, like going into an unconcious state and undergoing all the cycles of sleep. They just rest, according to most research.
Yes but be sure they aren't wet or sitting on an ant's nest or anything like that.

a batter butt In the non-winter months, honeybees don't sleep at all.
Most of it's species doesn't but some of it's species do although they are very less in number
There is no scientific evidence that ants dream. The sleeping pattern of an ant is that they sleep in one minute cycles about 200 times a day.
