William Shakespeare has been considered by most to be a 'universal poet' primarily because of the widespread popularity and appeal of his plays. For both English-speaking people and non-English-speakers who have read his plays in translation, the plays are filled with insight into human relationships -- insight that seems in so many ways to transcend Shakespeare's own time and place.
It is highly unlikely that Marlowe wrote Shakespeare's plays, for a number of reasons. First, for a while there, they were both writing, and their styles are different. Second, Marlowe died in 1593, when Shakespeare was at the very start of his career, and an awful lot of people would have to be inexplicably lying for a period of over twenty years for there to have been a conspiracy to cover up Marlowe's non-death. Finally, everybody at the time seems to have agreed that it was Shakespeare writing the plays and there is no coherent reason why we should doubt that.

What Shakespeare did in London was that he became an actor. He may have joined one of the theatrical companies Pembroke's Men, Lord Strange's Men, or Derby's Men. In any case he was a charter member of the Lord Chamberlain's Men which formed in 1594. As a member of this company he wrote plays and acted in them.
Shakespeare wrote in Early Modern English. He also had two very specific other writing styles: 1. For commoners, or non-significant characters, he writes their lines in prose. 2. For the wealthy and main characters, he writes their lines in iambic pentameter (verse) - This consisted of rhymed verse and blank verse.

Classical prophets are figures from major world religions like Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, such as Moses, Isaiah, Jesus, and Muhammad. Non-classical prophets can refer to individuals from diverse belief systems or spiritual traditions outside of the main Abrahamic religions, like Native American shamans, Hindu gurus, or New Age channelers. The distinction between classical and non-classical prophets often lies in the traditions, teachings, and cultural contexts within which these figures emerge.
