Yes, lots of creatures eat blue whales, however the whale will have to be dead before hand and no one creature will be able to eat a whole blue whale, and fish that would eat a carcass do not have the mental capacity to remember where the carcass is. But that's all just assumption and what little I know of marine life but I'm pretty sure most of it is right.
