What chemicals cause arthritis?

The cause for most forms of arthritis is un known. however in the case of gouty arthritis it is caused by an over abundance of uric acid in the blood turning into sharp crystals that settle in joints and other parts of the body.

Can neck arthritis cause by high level of uric acid?

No Arthritis can be a symptom of a high level of uric acid as in the case of Gouty arthritis for example. In that case the arthritis is the result of a high concentration of uric acid in the blood leading to the Uric acid crystallising into fine sharp shards which in turn settle in certain joints and other areas of the body. the kidneys are supposed to clean uric acid from the system. Uric acid is metabolised from purines which are a part of the nucleus of the living cells we eat and those that we turn over in our own body's as cells die and are replaced. Different foods for example produce more or less uric acid.

High levels of uric acid in blood may lead to rheumatoid arthritis?

No Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease and the amount of uric acid in the blood does not affect this disease. High levels of uric acid in the blood can however lead to what is known as Gouty arthritis, which is the result of uric acid turning int fine sharp crystals that settle in joints and other parts of the body.

What is the cause of chronic arthritis?

Arthritis is a mutation that affects ones' DNA. Usually Arthritis is passed down from one generation to another. The mutated DNA then throws off the natural biochemistry inside ones' body which includes effects on these mechanisms: T-Cell mutations or abnormalities Immune system compromise Synovial fluid, cartilage, and bone attacks We have the technology to analyze DNA, but a few decades away to possibly synthesizing it too. We are very close to being able to tell who could get it in future years. The RA factor blood test is an indicator for RA. Its' result can be positive, borderline, or negative.
