If you are talking about Mario's Princess peach (which I believe you are), then I have absolutely no idea where you heard that. Peach is not even married. Unless you believe the rumor that she has something going with Bowser and that she was the mother of Bowser's children, she has never even been pregnant. The only possible proof is in Super Mario Sunshine, when Bowser, Jr. says that Peach is his mother, but even that is later denied by Bowser himself.
